Rotary Ribfest will have five professional teams competing. Teams compete during the event for the Best Ribs, Best Sauce and the People’s Choice award with the bragging rights that come with it. All attendees are given ballots and are encouraged to vote for their favourite team!

Each Ribber has their own menu posted in front of their mobile kitchen and smoker on wheels. Attendees can purchase full, half or third racks, pulled pork or barbecued chicken.
