BECOME A VOLUNTEER

As a volunteer, you play an important role in the success of Rotary Ribfest.

Our Rotary Ribfest Volunteer Program is based on best practices and strives to:

Provide an effective, supportive, and safe environment for volunteer involvement;

Ensure that volunteers are properly registered, screened and matched to their duties; and

Provide an opportunity for volunteers to give meaningful service, develop skills and participate in the community.

It is our hope that the following Volunteer position descriptions below will help you understand what is expected of you and clarify your roles.

VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION PROCESS

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Rotary Ribfest. To express your interest in participating in this event as a volunteer please follow the registration process below.

Click the Volunteer Registration button on the top left-hand side of this page to reach the Rotary Ribfest Volunteer Registration page.

Click the Apply Here link on the top of the Rotary Ribfest Volunteer Registration, fill out the Volunteer Application, including selecting the roles and times in which you have an interest and then submit your application.

Once applications are reviewed, the approved applicants will receive an email that will include a list of their scheduled shifts.

Upon receipt of the application approval email, we ask that you confirm if you are available or not for the shift(s) that have been assigned to you as this will assist us in ensuring we have all volunteer spaces filled.  

Please remember to check your junk mail in case your approval email is directed to that mailbox.
